> Theory of Relativity - Ever Changing Distortion
By sedron | October 29, 2007
When people realize what beauty is, the concept of ugliness arise as well.
When people realize what goodness is, the concept of badness arises too.
Long and short reveal each other,
High and low support each other,
Front and back follow each other,
Easy and difficult create each other,
Presence and emptiness produce each other.
All ideas and values are established by people, and value judgments come through comparisons. Therefore, the way we look at things is constantly changing with time and space, and so is our judgments.
When dealing with relative comparisons, take them lightly and don’t let them trouble you.
